Our Story
The Bun, as it has been affectionately nicknamed, came to life over a decade ago, when Betty Big Buns (also known as Julie Marsh) first opened up a retail space in Richfield, Utah.
Now located just down the road in the little town of Joseph, the Bun has changed to pre-order-only. This gives Betty the time and space she needs to continue honing her baking skills so she can produce wonderful deliciousness to delight your taste buds!
Weekly Offerings
Each Friday, we post a 'Weekly Offerings' menu here and on our Facebook page, sharing what we will baking the following week. That menu will specify the date by which orders must be placed, and when they need to be picked up.
Place your order by calling or texting Betty at the number below, and if the pickup time posted doesn't work for your schedule, she will work with you to make other arrangements!
Special Order
If there is something you're craving that's not on the weekly menu, or if you want to order something special for an upcoming event in your life, head on over to the 'Special Order' menu to see if there's anything there that tickles your fancy!
Order minimums for most items on this menu are one dozen per desired item (except the cakes, which can be ordered stand alone, and the half buns, with an order minimum of two dozen), and, as with the weekly menu, all special orders are placed by calling or texting Betty.

Pickup arrangements for weekly offerings will be posted on the weekly menu. You will make pickup arrangements with Betty for special items at the time you place your order.
ALL ORDERS must be made via text or call to Betty (aka Julie). We do not accept orders via email or social media comments or messaging. This is to ensure that we actually receive your order and it doesn't get lost in a spam or message requests folder!
