That means picking our own cherries/peaches/raspberries (raised without pesticides) at the peak of ripeness and turning them into something we are proud to offer. 

We freeze dry our own fruit that goes into our fruit-based mousses.

Betty is constantly striving to do what she does better.

Of course Betty squeezes her own citrus for fresh juice!!

At the Big Bun Bakery we make our own vanilla and grind our own spices for freshness and the maximum flavor impact.
